The Annex

This seminar meets once a month with an ongoing follow-up support group for people who have been diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes and who want to acquire more skills and knowledge for managing the disease. The seminar is also for family members of diabetics. Based on a widely acclaimed book and program by Dr. Wes Youngberg, a practicing clinical nutritionist and lifestyle medicine specialist in Southern California, the seminar provides practical, easy to use and implement, information and strategies for understanding and managing diabetes. The seminar is led by a registered nurse.
